1. Will my order arrive in time for (occasion here)?

That depends on 2 factors:
1. What did you order? We do occasionally run out of items, and those sizes that are backordered are marked on the shopping page.
2. What shipping method did you choose? We offer different options, from priority mail to overnight express. UPS will provide a delivery target and a tracking number, the US post office will not.

2. If I order today, will my item ship today?
Our warehouse is on the East Coast, so that's why the cut-off times for shipping are so early each day. Orders received by 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship that day. "UPS Air" orders (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or WorldWide Express) received by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship that day.

The longest a UPS Ground Shipment will take is 5 "transit" days (Monday through Friday), although in most cases, it's 4 or less. Here's a nifty map:

UPS guarantees delivery times on all air and international packages, but typically suspends delivery time guarantees for any ground package that is shipped in December.
