Stay connected with the Tawonga community even when you’re not at camp!
Your Tawonga community doesn’t have to end after your days as a camper or staff are over! We have an engaged online community on social media for campers, staff, and alumni. Here are ways you can stay connected:
Read our blog, The Pipeline! Named after a popular Tuolumne River destination at Camp, the blog is updated year round with stories about Camp. During the summer, we post on the blog every day with photos and descriptions of life at Camp.
Follow Camp Tawonga on social media!
Our Facebook page is a great place to hear important updates about Camp, find out about Tawonga events and see fun camp pictures.
As you may have seen, you can now keep up with Camp Tawonga on Instagram! Geared more toward the young alum crowd, follow @camp_tawonga for fun, behind the scenes content and epic shots of your favorite place on earth.
Follow Camp Tawonga on Twitter to stay up to date with the happenings both at Camp and down the mountain.
If you’re an alumni over the age of 21, join the Camp Tawonga Young Alumni Facebook group. Camper and staff alumni use this platform to engage with fellow alumni, share resources, and stay in the loop about Tawonga programs and events.
Each summer we create private Facebook groups for every session so parents can connect with each other before and after they send their children to camp.
We also have private Facebook groups for each family camp weekend. These groups help families continue to build communities throughout the year by sharing photos, resources, and reconnecting with friends.
