Available Positions

We are currently seeking to fill two positions for our growing and dynamic development team! This department is highly collaborative, warm and hard-working – and deeply committed to fulfilling Camp Tawonga’s mission. Learn about these two exciting opportunities below.

Development Manager
The Development Manager will report to the Development Director and is responsible for fundraising activities including institutional gifts, annual fund campaigns, special events and the Legacy Society, along with other development efforts tied to annual operations.

Development Associate
The Development Associate will report to the Development Manager and is responsible for managing our database (Raiser’s Edge), evaluating all donor data, coordinating email and direct response efforts, event coordination and managing a small portfolio of donors.

Retreat Counselor
Bring the magic of Tawonga down the mountain for two nature and fun filled weekends in Marin with Tawonga’s Bar & Bat Mitzvah program. As a retreat counselor, you will join a passionate team of Tawongans working with eleven and twelve year olds, leading hikes, helping to run activities and creating a meaningful weekend for the students.

Weekends will run from 2pm, Friday – Noon, Sunday May 18 – 20. Pay is $200 to work one weekend, and $450 for working both. If you are interested in applying or learning more, please email [email protected]
