Today’s Kitchen Menu

  • Breakfast: French toast Casserole with oranges and hard-boiled eggs
  • Lunch: Vegan Chili with veggies and cornbread / Dessert: Apples
  • Dinner: Coconut Curry with chicken, veggies and rice / Dessert: Carrot cake

Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options.

Where the Campers Are

The campers in the Teen Leadership Institute left for their three-night backpacking trip today and Galil cabins G-3 and G-4 spent the day on the Challenge Course today. Check out this post from last summer about how campers support each other out on the elements!
