• Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and cantaloupe
• Lunch: Quesadillas with black beans, sour cream, corn salsa and pico de gallo. Dessert: Oranges
• Dinner: Thai-noodle bar with diced chicken, rice noodles and sunbutter sauce.  Dessert: Sugar cookies

Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.

Where the Campers Are

Backpacking: The entire unit of Eilat (5s and 6s) head out tomorrow on their three-day, two-night backpacking trips!
