Meghan Noelani Steinharter
Meghan Noelani Steinharter brings nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, environmental stewardship, and community building to her work at Tawonga. She has managed native plant nurseries and restoration projects with the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, led staff engagement and culture initiatives at the Oshman Family JCC, and more recently focused on grant management — helping mission-driven organizations secure and steward the funding that brings big ideas to life. Meghan loves building strong systems, supporting collaborative teams, and turning vision into meaningful impact. Outside of work, you’ll find her outdoors with her family, crafting, or treasure-hunting for beautiful vintage finds.
