SHAMATi is a Bay Area Jewgrass and Jam Band built to move crowds physically, emotionally and spiritually. The band reaches incredible heights playing bluegrass, funk, Motown and exciting hora as well as beautiful folk harmonies and ballads. Band leaders Nathaniel Markman and Isaac Zones along with bassist Ben Bernstein all met at Tawonga. Their connection to  Camp’s sacred ruach has been an integral part of SHAMATi’s ongoing success. SHAMATi has played several times up at Camp as well as at countless weddings, b’nai mitzvot, corporate events and birthday parties both locally and abroad.
