Today’s Kitchen Menu

Breakfast

Banana bread with orange slices and hardboiled eggs

Lunch

Hawaiian chicken wraps with shredded veggies, crushed pineapple and mayo vinaigrette

Fruit: Grapes

Dinner

Mac n’ cheese with roasted cauliflower and dinner rolls

Dessert: Chocolate pudding pie

Delicious vegetarian and vegan options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options to meet every camper’s needs.

During breakfast, the middle table offers a wide selection of cold cereal and milk (dairy-free options available as well), in addition to hot cereal with a variety of toppings. Each lunch and dinner, campers can also choose from options at the middle table, including sun-butter and jelly sandwiches, tuna sandwiches and hummus. A salad bar with ample fixings is also available to campers and staff for every meal to either supplement or replace the options on the menu that day.  

 

Where the Campers Are

Today

The unit of Haifa (B-7, B-8, G-7, G-8A and G-8B) returned from their backpacking trips today, while the bunks of B-1 and B-2 left to go on theirs, and are sleeping under the stars tonight! The bunks of B-3 and B-4 were on the Challenge Course today practicing challenge by choice.

Tomorrow

B-1 and B-2 return from backpacking while the unit of Eilat (B-5, B-6, G-5, G-6 and AG-6) leaves for their trips.
