A Note on Alternative Foods
🥑 Tasty vegetarian and vegan options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options to meet every camper’s needs.
🥣 During breakfast, the middle table offers a wide selection of cold cereal and milk (dairy-free options too), in addition to hot cereal with toppings. Each lunch and dinner, campers can choose from options at the middle table, like sun-butter and jelly sandwiches, tuna sandwiches and hummus.
🏕 Backpacking Trips and Challenge Course
Today
There are no backpacking trips or bunks at the Challenge Course today for the start of Session B.
Tomorrow
TLI (Teen Leadership Institute) will be departing for their three-night backpacking adventure!

Note on the River Fire in Mariposa County: This fire is NOT a threat to Camp. It is south of Camp Tawonga on the other side of Yosemite National Park. We are closely monitoring and in daily touch with CAL FIRE Personnel. As you can see from photos below, the campers are in great spirits!
