Thank you for considering a legacy gift to support Camp Tawonga. Below is suggested language that you may provide to your attorney or financial advisor to include in your will or trust.

Making a Gift Through Your Will or Trust

A gift to Camp Tawonga may be included in either a will or a revocable living trust. If you wish to include Tawonga in your estate plan, you may provide your estate planning attorney with the following language:

For a fixed dollar amount or percentage of your estate:

“I give and bequeath to Tawonga Jewish Community Corporation, a nonprofit organization (Tax ID #94-3227261), located at 131 Steuart Street, Ste. 460, San Francisco, CA 94560, the sum of $___________ (or _______% of my estate/trust) to be used for its general charitable purposes or as directed by its Board of Directors.”

For a residuary gift (the remainder of your estate after other bequests):

“I give and bequeath all (or ______%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate/trust to Tawonga Jewish Community Corporation (Tax ID #94-3227261), located at 131 Steuart Street, Ste. 460, San Francisco, CA 94560, to be used for its general charitable purposes or as directed by its Board of Directors.”
