Day Three of TOC
June 17, 2015
It’s day three, and Taste of Camp is well underway. Today campers experienced all the fun activities Tawonga has to offer, including Ga-ga (Hebrew for dodgeball), making rock monsters at Arts and Crafts, Frog science by the lake, and Unit Swim at the pool.
Bunks G-1 and G-2, as well as the unit of Chalutzim (comprised of G-9, G-10, B-9, B-10A, and B-10) ventured on day-hikes with our wilderness staff. Tonight, the kitchen is spicing things up a bit, serving up a delicious BBQ (with alternative options) for dinner. After dinner, we will wind down with more relaxed activities such as meditation and yoga led by our programmers, song session by the lake, and s’mores in the garden.
