East Bay Family Hike

Saturday, April 25  10am – 1pm

This 2.5-mile hike, designed for families with kids ages 6 and up, is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other East Bay families, and enjoy the beautiful redwoods. Activities will include classic Camp trail activities, nature learnings, and a picnic lunch (bring your own). Our trail will start in the Oakland Hills and the exact location will be shared upon registration. The hike is (gentle) rain or shine and will be postponed if weather is severe.

Peninsula and South Bay Family Hike

Sunday, May 17  10am – 1pm

This 2.8-mile hike through oak woodland and chaparral scrub, designed for families with kids ages 6 and up, is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other Peninsula and South Bay families. Activities will include classic Camp trail activities, nature learnings, and a BYO picnic.

Babka Making Workshop with Wise Sons

Sunday, May 17  3 – 4:45pm

The Take and Bake workshop, designed for families with kids ages 6 and up, is a wonderful opportunity to learn the history of babka and how to make one to enjoy at home, while building community and having fun. You’ll leave with the highly coveted Wise Sons babka recipe, a loaf (you’ll have just rolled) to bake at home, and a new friend or two.

New Family Orientations are virtual sessions for registered 2026 summer camp families. We strongly encourage you to attend to meet one of our directors and get your questions answered. Recordings will be shared afterwards in case you’re unable to join. Sessions are geared towards adults, but campers are welcome. Please RSVP with the links below.
