Today’s Kitchen Menu

  • Breakfast: Pancakes with hard-boiled eggs and bananas
  • Lunch: Veggie tacos with black beans, corn salsa and cheese / Dessert: oranges
  • Dinner: Oodles of Noodles: Penne, chard, cherry tomatoes and parmesan / Dessert: Mexican wedding cookies

Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.

Where the Campers Are

Backpacking: The oldest unit of Chalutzim (9s and 10s) is on to day two of their two-night, three-day backpacking trips!  B1 & B2 return from their backpacking trips today!

Challenge Course: B-5 and B-6

How’s the Weather?

High of 90, low of 60

During the hottest time of the day, campers relax during Rest Hour in the shade of their cabins. Counselors also help to remind the campers to drink water, fill up their bottles and apply (and re-apply) sunblock throughout the day.
