Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with warm biscuits and orange slices

Lunch

Make-your-own sandwiches with a wide variety of cold cuts, condiments and fixings served with potato chips

Fruit: Apples

Dinner

Spaghetti with red sauce, veggies, and freshly-baked garlic bread

Dessert: Brownies

Delicious vegetarian and vegan options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options to meet every camper’s needs.

During breakfast, the middle table offers a wide selection of cold cereal and milk (dairy-free options available as well), in addition to hot cereal with a variety of toppings. Each lunch and dinner, campers can also choose from options at the middle table, including sun-butter and jelly sandwiches, tuna sandwiches and hummus. A salad bar with ample fixings is also available to campers and staff for every meal to either supplement or replace the options on the menu that day.

Everyone is in Camp today learning about all of the fun options that we have to offer, getting to know their bunkmates and settling in to their home for the next two-and-a-half weeks!

Tomorrow

The unit of Haifa (B-7, B-8, G-7, G-8A and G-8B) departs to go backpacking.

Today we are wishing a very special happy birthday to one of our amazing Session IV campers Teya F. as well as Helen M. and Lily S. two of our invaluable staff members!
