- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, biscuits and stramberry jam and cantaloupe
- Lunch: Vegan chili with beans, veggies, cheese and sour cream, plus cornbread and pasta / Dessert: oranges
- Dinner: Shabbat Shalom! Roasted rosemary lemon chicken, rice, yellow squash and carrots, and homemade challah / Dessert: apple crisp
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.

On deck for backpacking: the unit of Chalutzim (9s and 10s): these bunks will head out on Sunday (we don’t roll on Shabbas!).
