- Breakfast: French toast casserole, hard-boiled eggs and honey dew melon
- Lunch: Sandwich bar: deli meat, veggies and Fritos / Dessert: grapes
- Dinner: Lasagna with tomato sauce, veggies, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan, plus yellow squash and Focaccia / Dessert: chocolate chip cookies
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.
