- Breakfast: Apple bread with hard boiled eggs and honey dew melon
- Lunch: Sloppy Joes! Dessert: Oranges
- Dinner: Lasagna with onions, spinach, mushrooms, squash, zucchini and ricotta plus salad / Dessert: Chocolate cookies
