Join your Camp Tawonga community on Sunday, October 2nd for our annual Erev Rosh Hashanah Celebration! This year, we will gather at beautiful McNears Beach in San Rafael for an inspiring outdoor service and celebration.
This program has become a wonderful annual tradition for hundreds of families and is such a meaningful way to connect and embark on the new year together. Our Erev Rosh Hashanah service in 2015, held in Oakland’s Joaquin Miller Park, drew over 800 Tawongans for an incredibly powerful afternoon – read about it here!
Designed to be interactive, the service will provide opportunities for families to participate together as well as for children to join separate kid-friendly activities while parents continue to explore the themes of the Jewish New Year.
