Join us for an Information Session to learn about Tawonga’s Bar & Bat Mitzvah Program!

Program Overview
Tawonga Bar & Bat Mitzvah Program is a two-year experience providing youth the opportunity to engage in this important rite of passage in an individualized, creative program.
By incorporating nature, community building, social justice and experiential Jewish learning, we ensure this milestone is individualized and accessible for each and every child. The Tawonga Bar & Bat Mitzvah Program includes program elements like weekend sleepover retreats for students, family Shabbat dinners, family hikes, a volunteer mitzvah project, monthly classes and mentorship from trained members of the Tawonga community.
Information Session
During the information session, parents will have the opportunity to meet with a Tawonga director to learn more about the program. Children in attendance will join our program coordinator in age-appropriate activities during a break-out session.
