Talking to Youth about Sex, Sexuality, and Healthy Relationships

Through an interactive and engaging workshop you will learn tips about talking to your children about sex and sexuality.  The workshop will address potential fears and uncover your own values around sex and sexual relationships that you hope to pass on to your children. Talking to children in an open and honest way about values, safety and responsibility can help set them up for healthy and happy relationships in the future.
Jamie Simon is currently the  Executive Director at Camp Tawonga, a Jewish residential summer camp in Northern California. She is a nationally recognized sexual health educator.  Jamie graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in women and gender studies.  She has traveled the country inspiring youth and adults about the importance of safer sex, sexuality awareness and communication.
No one turned away for lack of funds. JCC is an inclusive community, all are welcome.
Childcare available for children over two years old, dinner is provided.
