Today’s Kitchen Menu
- Breakfast: Frittata with carmelized onions, red pepper, spinach and gouda, plus biscuits
- Lunch: Fish tacos with black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, corn salsa and green cabbage / Dessert: Oranges
- Dinner: Shabbat Meal! Rosemary Lemon chicken, brown rice, roasted fennel, beets, carrots and onions, homemade challah and green salad / Dessert: Raspberry pie
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.
Where the Campers Are
Backpacking
Eilat (5s and 6s) returns today from their trip! On deck, the unit of Chalutzim (9s and 10s) will venture out on their trips on Monday.
Challenge Course
B-3 and B-4A are out on the elements today, practicing “Challenge by Choice.”
