Today’s Kitchen Menu
- Breakfast: French-Toast Casserole w/ apples, hard-boiled eggs and honey-dew melon.
- Lunch: Sloppy Joes! Dessert: Oranges
- Dinner: Lasagna with onions, spinach, mushrooms, squash, zucchini and ricotta plus salad / Dessert: Chocolate cookies
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.

Chalutzim (9s and 10s) left for their three-day, two-night backpacking trips today! On deck: Carmel Girls (1s and 2s) take off on Wednesday this week for their trips.
