Shabbat shalom, from our place of peace

Shabbat is a special day here at camp where we come together as a community. Our kitchen staff prepared a delicious spread of bagels and shmear, yogurt, as well as a camp favorite — Cinnamon Toast Crunch. We then gathered at Makom Shalom (Hebrew for “place of peace”), a beautiful outdoor amphitheater where Rabbi Mychal Copeland as well as our Jewish programming staff led us in a service. Tonight campers will perform in an all-camp talent show! We are so excited to see what our amazing campers can do. Below enjoy a few photos from the morning. We will post more photos later tonight along with a guest post by Aaron Mandel, one of our Assistant Directors.
