- Lunch: Sandwiches with deli meat and veggies
- Dinner: BBQ! Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, potato salad, pasta salad and green salad / Dessert: Rice Krispie Treats and watermelon
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.

Backpacking: The unit of Galil (3s and 4s) and Carmel Girls (G1 & G2) head out on their overnight trips on Monday.

During the hottest time of the day, campers relax during Rest Hour in the shade of their cabins. Counselors also help to remind the campers to drink water, fill up their bottles and apply (and re-apply) sunblock throughout the day.
