- Breakfast: French toast casserole, hard-boiled eggs, and bananas
- Lunch: Quesadillas with all the fixins!
- Dinner: Banquet night! Roast turkey and mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cranberry sauce, and green beans
