Today’s Kitchen Menu
- Breakfast: French toast casserole with berry compote, hard-boiled eggs and cantaloupe
- Lunch: Surprise!! (Our Kitchen Manager, Aaron Lurie, made us promise not to spill the beans)
- Dinner: Fettuccini Alfredo with garlic bread and veggies / Dessert: sugar cookies
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.
Where the Campers Are
Today, the unit of Chalutzim (9s and 10s) return from their backpacking trips (and yes, now that they’ll be back in Camp, our photographer will work on getting some photos of them)! They are returning from the below destinations:
B-9: Glacier Point
G-9: May Lake
B-10: Porcupine Creek
G-10: Tamarack Flat
Also, B-1 and B-2 from Carmel headed out on their overnight trips today! Destinations below, and on deck is Haifa (7s and 8s).
B-1: Day hike to Carlon Creek and camping at the Ridge
B-2: Day hike to Lake Eleanor and camping at Ladybug Cove
