Tawonga Tidbit

Tawonga Tidbit – Broom & Groom

There was excitement and fun in all places at Camp today. Walking past the Back Porch, campers were getting Rabbi certified with Jewish programmer, Aaron M. The bunk of AG-9 walked around Camp as Rabbinic students trying to help people in the Tawonga community. They asked if you had any problems and explained how a spiritual path could help you find the answers.

At the Garden, bunks G-3 and B-4 gathered under the shady Gazebo to enjoy a snack of crackers and homemade cows cheese, seasoned with fresh lavender form the Garden. Just past the Garden at the Willows, you might stumble across a Jewish wedding with the unit of Eilat! Wedding photographers were there to capture it all. Two campers from B-6 were announced “Broom and Groom,” and got to celebrate with Israeli song and dance. What a day to be a camper at Tawonga!
