Tawonga Tidbit
Today’s Kitchen Menu:
- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, toast with jam and orange slices
- Lunch: Sloppy Joes (!) plus Fritos and green salad / Dessert: grapes
- Dinner: Fettuccini Alfredo, zucchini and garlic bread / Dessert: chocolate chip cookies
Vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.
Where the Campers Are:
Galil bunks are on day hikes today with their counselors and backpacking leaders. The bunks in Galil are G-3, G-4A, G-4B, B-3 and B-4. Also the CITs (Counselors In Training) are on the Challenge Course. All other units are in Camp.
Today’s Weather:
High of 97, low of 64
Counselors are reminding the campers to fill up their water bottles like it’s their job (because it is!).
