Join Tawonga staff on a family hike/nature walk at Marin’s Tennessee Valley, one of the Bay Area’s most treasured locations. The bird watching is excellent, the vegetation is lush and the hike ends at the beach – what could be better?! We’ll hang out at the beach for a bit so bring a picnic lunch, and a kite or frisbee if you have them. This hike is mostly level and is family (and even stroller!) friendly. Total distance is about 3.5 miles round trip.
We will meet at the trailhead in the parking lot, by the bathroom. Bring layers and sunscreen, a picnic lunch and plenty of ruach!
Please RSVP so we know to expect you.
