We begin to sense a shift in tone at camp on Friday afternoons, during what we call “Shabbat Prep” — the hour or so before we begin to bring in Shabbat as a community. Each bunk begins to prepare by taking time to settle, shower, and dress in whatever clothes makes them feel special before we all make our way to the Dining Hall for a Shabbat dinner. Enjoy some photos of the day’s activities and make sure to check back here on The Pipeline later tonight to learn more about our Shabbat traditions.
