Today’s Kitchen Menu
- Breakfast: French toast casserole with berry compote, hard-boiled eggs and cantaloupe
- Lunch: Tacos with ground beef, refried beans and grilled veggies. Dessert: nectarines
- Dinner: Fettuccini Alfredo with garlic bread and zucchini / Dessert: chocolate-chip cookies
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.

Today, the unit of Eilat (5s and 6s) return from their backpacking trips.
