- Breakfast: Pancakes with Blueberry Compote and bananas
- Lunch: Baked potato bar with veggies, cheese and sour cream / Dessert: Apples
- Dinner: Chicken fajitas with rice, veggies and salsa / Dessert: Carrot cake
Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.
Where the Campers Are
Backpacking: The entire unit of Haifa (7s and 8s) headed out on their backpacking trips today and will return on Wednesday.
Challenge Course: B-1 and B-2 are out on the elements today!
