  • Lunch: Quesadillas with black beans, pico de gallo, shredded cabbage and sour cream/ Fruit: Grapes
  • Dinner: Shephard’s Pie with ground beef, carrots, peas and mashed potatoes, plus roasted broccoli / Dessert: Oatmealcookies

Delicious vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternative meal options.

Backpacking
Chalutzim (9s and 10s) returns today from their trips! G-1, G-2A & G2B from Carmel take off today for their two-day, one-night trip. Galil (3s and 4s) takes off tomorrow for their two-day, one-night trip.
