Today’s Kitchen Menu:
- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, toast with jam and orange slices
- Lunch: Sloppy Joes (!) plus Fritos and green salad / Dessert: grapes
- Dinner: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce, zucchini and garlic bread / Dessert: chocolate chip cookies
Vegetarian options are available for every meal, in addition to a “middle table” with alternate meal options for anyone who does not like what is being served.
Where the Campers Are:
Galil bunks are on day hikes today with their counselors and backpacking leaders. The bunks in Galil are G-3, G-4A, G-4B, B-3 and B-4. Also the SCITs (Specialists and Counselors In Training) are on the Challenge Course. All other units are in Camp.

Counselors are reminding the campers to fill up their water bottles like it’s their job (because it is!).
No birthdays in Camp today — but Yosemite National Park is having its 100th birthday this year! To commemorate, the Obamas visited the Park last weekend (they were too busy to swing by Tawonga…maybe next year).
