Part 1
How do you make sure you’re taking the right steps early on in your career? Jamie Simon, seasoned mentor to hundreds of young female-identifying professionals, will answer that question. Part 1 of this powerful workshop examines ways to channel personal strengths and passions into a productive job search and fulfilling career.
Part 2
The second part of this training supports women in navigating the job market with assertiveness, confidence and grace. Jamie offers a step-by-step guide to nailing the job application process, resume building, interviewing and negotiating compensation. Participants will learn tips to advocate for themselves, with an eye toward overcoming sexism.
Both Part 1 and Part 2 will be interactive, with opportunities to share and ask questions.
