Training Description
As the pandemic forces so many organizations to work remotely, how do managers build a responsive culture that ensures a high functioning team and maintains staff morale? Jamie Simon, with 15 years leadership experience at Camp Tawonga, offers a timely and interactive session to help supervisors effectively support their remote staff. Participants will leave with actionable takeaways to keep staff accountable to their work while also finding joy in their projects.
