Women’s Weekend

Divorce & Discovery Jewish Healing Retreat
October 23 – 26, 2025; Thursday – Sunday
$775 – Covers all expenses of 4 day/3 night retreat, including professional, expert-led programming, access to a therapist or certified divorce coach, lodging, meals, snacks, bar and coffee service and more. | Financial Assistance is available for Divorce and Discovery Retreat.
Navigate one of life’s greatest challenges through healing and self-discovery on this weekend retreat in the Sierras, drawing on Judaism and ritual to help mend the pain of divorce within a supportive community.
Teen Winter Retreat
December 28 – 30, 2025; Sunday – Tuesday
Teens in 10th, 11th and 12th grades: $550 | Financial Assistance is available for Teen Winter Retreat
Experience winter at Camp Tawonga with friends, service projects, a silent disco, s’mores by the campfire, and classic camp fun on the Tuolumne River.
Winter Family Camp
December 21 – 23, 2025; Sunday – Tuesday
Participant age 2+: $550 | Baby (under 2): $295 | Financial Assistance is available for Winter Family Camp
Enjoy a festive Family Camp with classic Tawonga activities, winter-themed fun, Chanukah celebrations, delicious family-style meals, and program highlights for both kids and adults from arts and sledding to yoga, river hikes, and workshops.

Early Kol Nidre Service: Wednesday, October 1, 2025 @ 3:30-5:30pm
Tawonga’s High Holiday offerings provide a joyful, meaningful way for you and your family to welcome the Jewish New Year, celebrating together in the spirit of Camp Tawonga with uplifting song and heartfelt prayer. Join our upcoming Kol Nidre service for anyone 13 or older.
Tawonga Family School
The Tawonga Family School offers a havurah-style monthly Shabbat program for families with TK–2nd graders to build community, expand Jewish knowledge, and explore Jewish values.
All families who attend a family camp program get $100 off TFS!
If you’re interested in joining Tawonga Family School, RSVP for our Taste of Tawonga Family School orientation, which is happening Saturday, September 6 from 10-11:30am at John Muir Elementary School in Berkeley.
Tawonga B*Mitzvah Program
The Tawonga B*Mitzvah Program is a modern take on an ancient tradition, with camp-style classes, family learning, weekend shabbatons, and creative simchas.
